CAMERA READY COPY Submission Guidelines
Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) Preparation and Copyright Form Submission Guidelines
The corresponding author should complete the following three steps before March 21st, 2026.
Declaration:
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support

Final Camera-Ready Copy Preparation
- Login to————————Â to find the reviewer comments on your paper and prepare the final CRC, strictly addressing and incorporating all the comments.
- The CRC should be strictly in IEEE two-column A4 size standard conference format. For guidelines, please refer to https://wams2026.com/submission-guidelines/
- The maximum number of pages including figures and references is five pages (5).
- No author biography is permitted.
- The similarity score of the camera-ready paper should be below 30% (including references)
- Numbering of pages is not permitted
- The maximum file size allowed is 3 MB and the file format is Adobe PDF (.pdf) without any encryption and/or passwords.

Generating the CAMERA-READY PDF using PDF-EXPRESS
For First Time Users
- Click âNew Users â Click Hereâ.
- Enter the Conference IDÂ 64402X, your email address, and choose a new password.
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- Check that the contact information is still valid, and click âSubmitâ.
For Existing Users (Using It For the First Time For a New Conference)
- Enter the Conference IDÂ 64402X, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.
- When you click âLoginâ, simply click âContinueâ. You will need to re-confirm your password. You can use the existing password or a new password.
- You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup/creation.
For Returning (All) Users
- Enter the Conference IDÂ 64402X, your email address, and password. You will be prompted to check your information. Once you accept it, you will move to the next page.
- For each conference paper, click âCreate New Titleâ.
- Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
- Click âSubmit PDF for Checkingâ or âSubmit Source Files for Checking or Convertingâ.
- Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click âBrowseâ and navigate to the file, and click âUpload Fileâ. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
- You will receive an email with your attached Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus-converted PDF. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
- Download the successfully converted PDF file to your computer.
Submit the final version of the paper (after passing it through PDF express check) through the author console in CMT. Please note that authors are expected to retain the title of the original paper in the final paper. Also, the author list in the original paper cannot be changed in the final manuscript.

Submission of the copyright form
- After uploading the final camera-ready copy (Please note that the paper must have passed PDF Check in IEEE PDF eXpress), click the âSubmit IEEE Copyright Formâ link to enter the IEEE Copyright Form Submission CMT page. Click on the IEEE copyright website link. Now, the author will be redirected to the IEEE eCF site to submit the copyright form.
- After filling out the IEEE copyright form and copyright agreements, you should download the completed IEEE Copyright Form. (The corresponding author would also have received the copyright form through email.)
- Please upload it to the same page in CMT (or use the âdrop files hereâ menu). The corresponding author may submit the copyright form for all the authors of the paper.
