Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) Preparation and Copyright Form Submission Guidelines

The corresponding author should complete the following four steps before March 21st, 2026. CRC_Submission_Guidelines Authors must complete:

• Step-1 (CRC preparation)
• Step-2 (PDF eXpress)
• Step-3 (CRC uploading)
• Step-4 (e-copyright form submission)

Finally, the downloaded copyright form must be submitted on CMT for the respective paper ID.

Step-01: Final Camera-Ready Copy Preparation

CRC_Submission_Guidelines Login to: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/WAMS2026 to check reviewer comments and prepare final CRC by addressing all comments.

• CRC must follow IEEE two-column A4 standard conference format.
• Maximum length: 5 pages (including figures and references).
• Author biography not allowed.
• Similarity score must be below 40% (including references).
• Page numbering not allowed.
• Max file size: 3 MB.
• File format: PDF only (.pdf) without encryption/password.
• CRC PDF must be validated using PDF eXpress.

Step-02: Preparing CRC PDF eXpress Copy

Before creating PDF

Proofread the document thoroughly to ensure no revisions are needed.

Creating PDF eXpress account

Login to IEEE PDF eXpress site:
https://ieee-pdf-express.org
First-time users:

• Create account
• Enter Conference ID: 69152X
• Enter email address and password
• Fill required details
• Confirmation will be shown and sent via email.

Previous users should use same password from earlier conferences and verify contact info.

Step-03: CRC Uploading

• Submit final paper (after PDF eXpress check) via author console in CMT.
• Title must remain same as original submission.
• Author list cannot be changed in final manuscript.

Step-04: Submission of Copyright Form

• After uploading final CRC and passing PDF check:
• Click “Submit IEEE Copyright Form” in CMT
• Redirected to IEEE eCF site
• Fill and submit copyright form
• Download completed copyright form
• Upload downloaded form to same CMT page
• Corresponding author can submit on behalf of all authors.
