Presentation Template

• Download the presentation template by clicking on File → Download.
• Use the provided template to maintain consistency across presentations.

Presentation Duration

• The time allotted for the oral presentation is 10–12 minutes.
• Presenters are expected to manage their timing efficiently.
• Please rehearse your presentation in advance to stay within the allotted duration.

Question & Answer Session

• Your presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
• Questions may be asked by session chairs and audience members.
• Be prepared to answer technical and research-related questions.

Important Guidelines

• Prepare slide content that aligns with the allotted presentation duration.
• Ensure text, visuals, and charts are clear and readable.
• Avoid overcrowding slides with excessive text.
