S21. Raj Mittra Grant in India (RMGI) for Ph.D. Students (INR 25,000)

Criteria: Raj Mittra Foundation (RMF) is pleased to announce an all-inclusive travel grant for WAMS 2026.

The objective of RMF is to support education and research in the field of electromagnetics.

Particularly in computational electromagnetics, with a focus on providing opportunities to the

next generation of Ph.D. students in India.

Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. candidates currently enrolled in Indian institutions and working in the field of electromagnetics may apply. The selection will be based on the applicant’s biodata,

publication record, Ph.D. research plan, and paper acceptance in WAMS 2026. Preference will be given to work addressing fundamental physics and/or mathematics of engineering electromagnetics.

Applications must be emailed to the program coordinators at  maifuzali@hotmail.com with “RMGI” as the subject title by the deadline of

May 25, 2026.

Award: The award will cover the following for the selected candidate:
