WAMS 2026 RAPID THESIS CHALLENGE
The Rapid Thesis Challenge at WAMS 2026 offers PhD candidates in wireless, antennas, and microwave engineering a unique opportunity to present their cutting-edge research in a dynamic and concise format. This event will test your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to an audience within a limited timeframe. Participate in this challenge, receive expert feedback, and enhance your presentation skills for a diverse academic and industry audience.
Eligibility
- PhD students who have submitted or are about to submit their thesis can apply.
- Those who have defended but not yet graduated can also apply.
Round 1
- Register for the competition using the link provided below or by visiting: www.wams2026.com

Submit the following documents:
- CV (Maximum 2 pages)
- Abstract / Summary (Maximum 1 page)
- Approval from PhD Supervisor (Template available on the WAMS website)
- Submission Deadline: January 31, 2026 February 28, 2026 (Extended Deadline)
- Shortlisted candidates must register for the conference and present their work offline during WAMS 2026.
Round 2
- Total time allocated: 10 minutes (8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A)
- Maximum number of slides allowed: 10
